I love my long hair, but its been a process. It’s one thing to have long hair. It’s another to have long, healthy, shiny hair. The latter can be difficult, but I think I’ve found a great routine for me. FYI, my hair is on the fine side of the texture spectrum with a little bit of natural wave.
