Here is what a typical day on my glowing skin diet looked like this week. I focused on eating the rainbow of veggies, threw in anti-inflammatory spices, and chose lean protein with healthy fats.
The glowing skin diet isn’t an official diet that you can google. When I started doing my Beauty Bites Series, I researched the types of foods that are beneficial to skincare. Healthy skin from the inside out. Luckily, I already try to eat a plant based diet with the occasional pizza slice and beer mixed in. (Hey, no ones perfect!) However, when I began wedding planning, I really wanted to step up my diet and skincare games. No excuses.
Problematic skin can be a real bitch. And with the ridiculous number of beauty products on the market, crafting a skincare routine has become a freaking nightmare. The whole thing is overwhelming and expensive.
Naturally, the next step would be to do a tedious and extensive amount of research using my good friend google. The results….
