This is not your typical green smoothie. It starts out similar to my other smoothies with greens, almond milk and fruit. However, this one gets a nice kick from some ginger and cayenne. Depending on the amount of cayenne you dare to use, this one can get your metabolism revved up and ready to go for the day. I love the way it starts off sweet from the berries and banana then ends with some heat. Can you tell now why I call it a Good Morning smoothie? Throw this into your breakfast rotation to spice up your morning.
