Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding

1 cup milk (I like almond or coconut milk)

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tsp monkfruit or your favorite sweetener

dash of cinnamon

Fresh fruit, nut butter, seeds, coconut, honey, etc. for toppings

Mix together in an airtight container. I prefer to make this the night before and top it with fresh fruit, nut butter, and a drizzle of honey. Chia pudding will last in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. If it becomes too thick, just add a little more milk!

What are your go-to toppings for chia seed pudding?
