Bridal Beauty

It seems like such a long way away, but I know that it will be here before I know it. At least, that’s what all of my married friends and family tell me.

When faced with planning a wedding, many things are obvious. Secure a venue. Book the caterer. Decide between pie and cake. (psst. we are having both)

However, I find that bridal beauty prior to the wedding day is lacking. Sure, there are some timelines that say you should invest in professional facials and drink more water, but I wanted something more. I don’t know about you, but I want my skin to GLOW from the inside out. In order to achieve maximum glow, I need to be diligent and consistent. Below are some of the main components of achieving beautiful, blemish free (cross your fingers), glowing skin. I will be posting about these in greater detail in the coming weeks.

Glow-Getters:

  • Masks
  • Exfoliation
  • Facials
  • Hydration
  • Glowing Skin Diet: incorporate fresh green juices, anti-inflammatory spices, fresh fruit and veggies. Cut back on processed foods, sugar, and alcohol. Easy enough, right? (Note: If you think I’m cutting out my Monday night glass and a half of red wine while watching The Bachelor, you are off your rocker. I said “cut back” not “cut out”)

What are your favorite tips and tricks for glowing skin?
